Data collected
This site has a contact form. What you enter into it — your name, email address, company if you give one, and the content of your message — is relayed by email to CLICKODEX SRL and is not stored in any database. The site has no analytics and no non-essential cookies. No account is created and no profile is built.
Server logs
For each request, the web server records the IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser used. These logs are used solely for security and for the technical operation of the site. They are not used for commercial analysis and are not shared with third parties.
Purpose and legal basis
Data sent by email is processed solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to carry out an engagement. The legal basis is your consent and, where a collaboration follows, performance of the contract or of pre-contractual measures. Server logs rest on the legitimate interest in securing the service.
Retention
Business correspondence is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the statutory retention period applicable to business records. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
Recipients
No data is sold, rented or transferred. Data remains on infrastructure administered by CLICKODEX SRL within the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@clickodex.com.
